We been for a formal lunch and some of the customers were too loud to be controlled so requested the restaurant manager Tamal to speak to them and ask to reduce a little loudness.. which he tried but they were insanely bad . I was also told that they are regular customers . That made me think was in India or in Japan . As we were treated like we are still ruled by British er time by our own people and foreigners . Pls be aware if they have house guest as you will be treated as third country citizen !

It was a good experience in the hotel and the room was well cleaned and the staff were very helpful and responsive towards our queries and one of their staff miss aarthi was very informative and all the essential amenities were provided by the hotel.

It was good, but the bathroom was bad because of water cooling the bathroom from the shower and the leak into the room. The hospitality was great, i don't remember everyone's name, but Raju P was great. The overall stay was nice, the issue is the bathroom.
